In 2017, we were contracted by Northumberland Estates to apply a liquid applied waterproofing coat to the large property situated in the heart of Newcastle.
We carried out the works using Sika liquid plastics, an industry standard cold applied waterproofing system. The resulting finish is both completely weatherproof and supplied with a long-term guarantee from Sika.
As Sika Quality Assured Contractors, we're experienced in applying liquid plastics systems on properties of all sizes, and in this case the Quayside House roofs 1,200m² surface area was a considerable one.
The works were carried out efficiently and promptly by our Sika trained team with zero disruption to users of the building.
