Liquid Applied WaterproofingWe use industry standard waterproofing systems (Sika). Ideal for use on roofs and walkways, this can be applied over a range of substrates for excellent weather proofing with a seamless finish.
Liquid Applied Waterproofing uses a process of applying a cold liquid coating to the roof or walkway surface. The coating cures to a fully bonded finish, creating a waterproof membrane. The durability of finish means the solution is appropriate for areas of high footfall including walkways.
While popular for commercial applications, SIKA Liquid Plastics is also appropriate for domestic use, and can be applied over an existing felt roof providing it is in adequate condition.
As the system is cold-applied, this reduces any element of fire risk, and the installation can take place whilst the property is occupied.
