About Single Ply Roofing Systems

We install single ply membranes (PVC, EPDM) which provides a flat waterproof roof covering in a single layer, with excellent lasting properties.

As with Liquid Applied Waterproofing systems, we utilise industry standard products (Sika) for properties requiring a single ply roofing system. 

Previously used mainly for commercial roofs including warehouses, supermarkets, industrial and more, Single Ply Membrane roofs are becoming more popular within domestic applications for a seamless, weatherproof finish.

Single ply roofing systems are typically applied on top of insulation to provide excellent heat insulation properties. The membrane material is typically PVC, which is both durable for long-term use as well as fully recyclable.
