UPVC facias, soffits and bargeboards are a very, attractive, easy and low cost to fit, durable, long-lasting and very easy to maintain and clean alternatives in comparison to traditional materials. At Orchard Roofing and Building we recommend the UPVC option, but can also install or replace existing traditional items. Based at Stockton-on-Tees on Teesside, we supply and install fascias, soffits and bargeboards throughout the North East of England and North Yorkshire.

In situations where the homeowner does not wish the disruption and cost of a full replacement, it is possible to choose the faster installation and lower cost option of covering existing fascias with Cover Boards.

There is a choice of styles, colours and finishes, the main one being white or wood effect, We also provide a full range of guttering and roofing services.
